Description:

PaNex 40 contains Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that effectively reduces stomach acid production. It is commonly used to manage and treat acid-related disorders of the stomach and esophagus, providing relief from symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, and discomfort caused by excessive stomach acid.


Indications:

PaNex 40 is prescribed for:

  • Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Helps prevent acid reflux and related symptoms such as heartburn.
  • Peptic Ulcers: Promotes healing of ulcers in the stomach and duodenum.
  • Erosive Esophagitis: Repairs damage caused by stomach acid to the esophageal lining.
  • Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Treats conditions of excessive stomach acid production.
  • NSAID-Induced Ulcers: Prevents and treats ulcers caused by long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
