Detailed Description:
YesO DSR Capsules combine two active ingredients, Esomeprazole and Domperidone, to provide dual-action relief from gastrointestinal disorders. This formulation addresses both excessive stomach acid production and motility-related symptoms, making it a highly effective treatment for conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and dyspepsia.
Mechanism of Action:
Esomeprazole:
- A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses stomach acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells.
- Provides long-lasting acid suppression to promote healing and symptom relief.
Domperidone (SR):
- A dopamine receptor antagonist that enhances gastric motility.
- Improves esophageal sphincter tone and accelerates gastric emptying to reduce symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and bloating.

YesO DSR Capsules are recommended for:
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with associated nausea or bloating.
- Acid Peptic Disorders such as hyperacidity and heartburn.
